MY STORY

Ever since I was a kid, I dreamt of being a storyteller. I was an athlete growing up, but after one too many injuries, playing a sport was no longer ideal. While it was a bummer, I then got to focus on how I could share the never-ending stories sports have to offer

There's something so beautiful about helping create a compelling atmosphere and showing people that there is so much more to sports than just the game. Nothing motivates me more than connecting with a large audience, and helping them come together as a community.

Minnesota Timberwolves/Minnesota Lynx -Promotions Assistant

APRIL 2024 - PRESENT

Plan, set up giveaways on game nights and special events for 20,000+ fans. Bring a positive attitude to the workplace and to fan interactions. Work in a team setting, completing tasks efficiently.

Contributed during the Wolves' 2024 playoff run, including the Western Conference Finals series.

KEYC News Now - Content Producer/Sports Reporter

MAY 2023 - APRIL 2024

Write, edit and film sports and news stories, manage socials and website content, create graphics, assist in producing sports segments, anchor and report sports stories, work with a team to cover breaking news on tight deadlines, often asked to help out in all departments.

Design sports section of paper twice weekly, write and edit sports stories using AP style, manage and delegate story assignments to sports staff, create visual designs, run sports section of our website, record weekly recaps in broadcast format, started a sports podcast, personally asked to cover Paul Allan’s retirement.
